Founder
Bishnu comes from a long line of Himalayan adventurers that hail from Nepal and has been running, organizing and leading trips on rivers throughout the Indian and the Nepalese Himalayas for most of his life. An experienced raft guide, safety kayaker, trip leader, and ITRA rescue instructor Bishnu has honed his skills on descents of some of the toughest Himalayan rivers. Bishnu worked as a raft and safety kayaker on rivers in India, Bhutan and Japan. Bishnu is a certified International Technical Rescue Association instructor , Whitewater Rescue Technician – Advanced, Wilderness First Responder (WMI, U.S.A.), and has completed the Rock and Ice Basic and Advanced Courses through the Khumbu Climbing Center (KCC), Nepal.
Creative Head
Yeshi is born and brought up in the mountains and coming from the Himalayan region she has immense love for the mountains and its people. Being a philanthropist and humanitarian comes to her naturally and that is what her job profile entails majorly. She is forever working and seeking to promote the sustainable products that are coming from different areas of the Himalayas. At Big Smile she handles the over all management of the organisation and the team. Also she has up scaled the company’s merchandise by taking up the role of our creative head.
